The association Creer es Poder Juntos is a French association law 1901 dedicated to the social, economic and community development of the populations of Latin America.

The association Creer es poder juntos, officially published in the Official Gazette in 2022, has been working since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic to assist families in difficulty. More than 20 families have been accompanied, helped and supported. Hundreds of meals have already been distributed, school supplies have been made available to children who are eager to learn, and small actions have had a great impact at the local level.

The projects

Behind each project, a story, human beings, life paths. The association Creer es poder juntos accompanies individuals and families in emergency situations or to improve daily life.

EDUCATION

Need school supplies (notebook, pencils, board, paint...)

- Creation of a library by accepting book donations

- Educational teaching through games (dedicated space with outdoor games or card games)

The idea is to continue teaching and learning outside of school hours so that children are not on the streets.

Budget: 2500€.

SPORT

- To encourage cohesion, team spirit and to value the practice of sports as a way to escape the street and its bad temptations.

-Poor team that needs to buy jerseys, balls, shoes

-Bring a medical kit

-paint the boundaries of the field to make it an attractive and playful space

- For girls, offer dance classes taught by volunteer moms or professional dancers.

- Purchase of goals and balls, delimitation of the field and turf, construction or rental of a room to store the equipment, purchase of jerseys, financing of a coach to animate training times and matches for children and adolescents

Budget: 3600€.

ADULT WORKSHOPS

- Courses and assistance in entrepreneurship and in obtaining certain documents necessary for social advancement

- Sex education and prevention courses as well as help with contraception and sexually transmitted diseases

-help and school support for those in difficulty

-Setting up a barter and exchange store for clothing, materials and services (all forms of donations can be received)

Budget: 2200€.

MULTIPURPOSE SPACE

Bartering space, sales, training, listening...

We would like to rent a garage or a small room in which we could store 25 kg bags of rice for emergency rations, tins of food, hygiene products, water, donated clothes, furniture, baby items, medicines... We would like to organize meetings with the volunteers.

Budget : €2500

Financing of a hip prosthesis

A total hip replacement and surgery is scheduled for the end of June.

Food Aid

Food support for Yenifer and her children.

We are often the first to set foot in disadvantaged neighborhoods without any government assistance by creating a climate of mutual trust with the inhabitants.

Entertainment in Bogota

Donation of school supplies

Donation of school supplies for approximately 200 needy children.

During 2 days, the association will be present in the neighborhood and children will be able to come and pick up their supplies. Notebooks, pens, markers, paper, etc.

Recreational activities & organized meal for children

Recreational activities and meals organized for the children of the Potrero Gordo sector.

Approximately 90 children are involved.

Coming of Emmanuel

From August 9 to 26, Emmanuel will be in Cali for 3 weeks to follow the current projects and many other events will be followed on social networks and also in LIVE in which you can interact directly with us. Thus, you will be able to follow what your donations have been used for and you will have direct thanks from the families or projects supported.
